Masimba Mahuni is the Co-founder of Shongwe Consultancy and he is our senior consultancy. He has 5 years experience in the mining sector and civil engineering . He holds a degree in BTech in Geology (Tswane University of Technology-2015) and National Diploma in Mining Geology(Zimbabwe School of Mines -2009).He is the main coordinator in our different projects run by the company and helps in project assessment.

Brian Marekeso is our investment and risk analyst .He has 2 years experience in business development and data analysis .Brian has worked with Avobuild in developing e-commerce vending software.He has managed Avobuild project and serves as our project analyst .He runs day to day business of the company.Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science and Mathematical Statistics( Wits University).He is a registered member of the Actuarial Society of South Africa.

Esmarie Killian is our senior consultant .She has been training service manager for 9 years .Her work is more into leadership development,organisational development,training coaching,project planning,performance management, designing and developing programs and processes,facilitate and evaluate learning,engage in and promote assessment practices,provide learning support to learners and organisations and conduct skills development facilitation.
